Shannon goes the extra mile. She truly is an advocate and doesn't gloss over defects in the houses you are looking at. She knows quite a bit about construction and has a keen eye for home issues. She takes care of many associated activities such as home inspections, etc. She has been a pleasure to work with. My wife and I are so lucky to have connected with Shannon this year as we started looking for a house again. This was our first ever home purchase, but not our first attempt. In past attempts we got connected with realtors who were ok, but never someone who immediately gave us confidence that we could find a home here in Boise, and never someone who so quickly learned what it was we were looking for and stayed true to our needs and price limits.
Once she'd given us confidence in her ability, we went on a house hunting blitz, taking every moment of free time on workdays and weekends to tour as many places as we could to find the house that was just right for us. She was willing to put in as much work as we were and even more. She accommodated our odd schedule, and when our schedules diverged she referred us to another extremely capable agent so we could seamlessly continue our hunt.
Even though we worked with another agent for the bulk of the process afterward, she continued to check on us and work with him in the background, and she would jump back in whenever he wasn't available.
House hunting in Boise was nerve-wracking and discouraging before, but Shannon and Cody made it a comfortable and encouraging process, which I never expected I'd say about house hunting.
Because of the work from Shannon and Cody, my wife and I landed in a house better than we ever thought we'd get with our price limit. I strongly recommend Shannon and/or Cody for anyone looking for a house, and especially for veterans using the VA Loan. Thank you Shannon!

Not once did she ever make us feel we were inconveniencing her by asking for multiple video tours, or for the dozens of homes we inquired about.
